The online diary of Pombear. Sometimes I just feel it best to write it all down. I have been on my diet for just over a week now. Surprisingly has got me back into cooking which is always a good sign and no signs of that tempting chocolate bar.
I am on 40g healthy cereal with semi-skimmed milk for breakfast. 11am is some type of fruit, apple, banana and a cup of tea of course. 1pm 40g healthy ceral with semi-skimmed milk and a cup of tea. 3pm healthy snack and 5.30pm/6pm normal dinner meal (healthy) I find this is giving me enough energy to complete my work outs at the gym and swim as well as stop my cravings for a chocolate bar which is my biggest weakness.
Having completed my gym induction yesterday and had a really good cardio session I am going again today :-D
The question is how often should I go as a beginner? I usually do 45 minute warm-up/cardio workout getting my heart rate up to 166. Finishing off with 15 minutes of stretching, light weights and walking on treadmill. I then go and fall in the pool for 30 minutes
Any suggestions of ways to improve?
Anyway feelin' positive and hope to go from 210 pounds to 154 pounds over 8 months of so.
