hi this forum is grate. Its really motivated me. When I Have Joint this forum on that I have decided that I will go jogging daily for 15 Minutes. And three day pass and I have continued. Now step by step I will Increase. And I will also concentrate on diet

I am back to my diary :)
now today I have decided that today onwards honestly I write diary. This time I ma rigid about my diary.

today I have enter information in Weightloss table.
today I have not control my diet :( but now onwards I will take about this things. toTomorrow onwards I will start joging.

Don't be afraid to write in your diary more than once a day. That will help keep you on track, if you have time. :)
 
good luck with all that you are doing... i think it's totally fine to take your new routine in steps... to start getting a routine with exercising, and then to add changes to your diet later is a good way to go!

you can do it!!!
