There is an emotional eating support group in my area, I think I should join.

I may have not been eating right, but I not going to continue this. I need to be healthy, I deserve it. So here's to trying to develop a new lifestyle.

Team WLF is with you butterfly. We all need to be healthy & it is in us all to take back control. C'mon sweetie. You can do this, xoxo Cate

^Thanks!

I realized more and more these last few days that eating has become a coping mechanism for me. I didn't always do this, so I just need to re-learn to stop doing it. Re-learn that eating is for fuel, not for coping. I've been thinking of taking up yoga for relaxation.

Thanks for checking up on me. My mental health wasn’t so good so they upped my medication. It appears to be helping but I am once again experiencing much vertigo and knee weakness which is making exercise difficult. So yoga is on hold for now. Doctor is going to down the medication again, too many side effects. As far as eating goes I have been overeating again, am going to start going to that emotional eating support group. Snacking is my weakness. Bought a low calorie cookbook today and they have some good looking snacks so I’m going to try those instead of my usual unhealthy snacks. The bad news is I gained 3 ½ pounds due to overeating. I was so ready to give up but decided to keep trying to lose weight. Eventually I’m bound to lose some if I keep working at it.

Oh, honey. I'm sorry that you have been low. I'm glad you are going to stick with trying to lose weight & to eat healthier. Eating healthy is also very important for your mental health & general well-being. Hope they get the meds right soon. Sending you lots of love, xoxo Cate

Thanks cate!

Sounds like a good day nutrition-wise, I don´t know about calories but it certainly looks healthy! Great job sticking to your plan and not giving up when things are hard (a lady on my old WW-forum would say: get up, adjust your crown and continue on your way).
All the best for your journey! LaMa.

:) looks great again! I didn't mean to criticize you earlier, just realized I couldn't really tell the amounts. Natural and not too processed is the main thing in my case. Then the body sort of adjusts the amounts.
