so ya silly question..besides squats what other work outs are there? I dont know. but to me,being 6'4,doing squats is kinda hard for me. i dont trust myself doing them and i dont want hurt myself. any suggestions on what else i could do?
Learn to do squats. Get someone in the gym to help you. You may be uncomfortable doing them, but they are a major fundamental exercise. And they do a lot more than "hit the butt" for your body. You'll get used to them.
