butt and thighs

My diet is good right now, upped the protien, low carb and calories to a degree.
I have a photo shoot that will be mid Jan for the swimsuit co. sponsor that I have and I'd like my thighs and rear to look the cut and defined rather than smooth.

How often do I try my legs, thighs and butt per week and what exercises did you do?

That is the only place I am holding weight!

How many calories a day do you eat?

What equipment do you have access to?

high reps 50-100, low weight is what i have been doing, about 2x's a week
squats
sldl
plyo jump lunges


How many calories a day do you eat? no more than 1200

What equipment do you have access to? home equip, bench, just free weights

Do you have any past-present injuries? yea, but the haven't hindered me check out my website pic page, my back and acl and this summer broke navicular (sp) in wrist. a month after i cut my cast off i did 3 triathlons in 1 month.
