Burned Fat?

Ok so I'm sure this has probably been discussed at some point (and more than once probably), but I'm not really sure how to do a search for it, so I'll just ask again and if so, I guess someone can point me in the direction of the thread.

I was just wondering, what exactly happens to the fat that is burned, when you are working out or doing cardio, etc.? I'm sure that it doesn't just "disappear", so what really does happen to it?

The cells release the lipids into the blood, at some point they're converted to ketones. Some of it is used as fuel, the rest gets peed out.

If you want to test whether you're losing fat, you can get some ketosis test strips at walgreens.
