Hello anyone who reads this. I am a 22 year old male 5' 8 " (I know im short) and currently weigh 155lbs. I just recently got back into exercising back in mid october of '05 after a long break. I was 195lbs but did not look that heavy at all (believe me it was not muscle either) and lost those forty lbs of fat and of course some muscle tissue (stupidity) in just 4 months. After educating myself from many many resources i built a diet that worked great. I see muscles on my body that i never knew existed and feel better than i ever have in my life. My problem is I really dont want to lose any more weight but i am having a hell of a time losing that last little bit on my lower mid section. Should i stick with my diet to lose that last few pounds or will bulking up take care of it. Any advice (good that is) would be greatly appreciated and thank you for your time.

Bulking up is gaining weight, mostly muscle with some or no fat. If you want to continue to lose weight perhaps make your diet a little more strict. Save bulking for when you're satisfied with your lean-ness (word?)..

I think most people gain a little more fat when they are bulking. Well I do anyway. But when I am bulking I try to eat as little fat as possible. It helps when I am cutting.
