Bulking up Vs. keeping muscle definition

Yeah ironically fat-powerlifter me gets more chicks than skinny ab-having me.

Tis why I rarely bother dieting that much anymore.

It's entirely irrelevant.

I learned a long time ago that a female will have long since decided if she's going to have sex with me by the time she finds out if I have abs or not.

hey man dont worry. I am 16 as well, 132 pounds, but 5 7. Dont be afraid to eat, you might be under eating if your only having 2 meals a day. I have 6 meals a day with about 325 calories each meal (also consuming about 1 gram of protein per body weight each meal), and i have about 7 to 8 percent body fat (meaning my abs show). If you want to bulk up in strenght, and keep your waste line down for your abs, do what i do;Of course eat more, but when you lift go for lower weight, higher reps(i would say about 8 to 10 reps) since you said somthing about wanting to tone. Since you're relativly new to this try this site

Read a little bit through that and see if some of your questions can be answered. Also if you seriouse about bulking up and gaining muscle i would recomend you count your calories on fitday...it's on the site i gave you

I don't think you should just work on your abdomens or you'll out of shape..start toning up different parts of your body..and STOP running so much. The most i think you'll ever have is a wiry physique..like a stamina kind of body..but to support your decision about abdomens, here's a website that will help.

(also has ab exercises too)
