Bulking Meal Plan - this look good to you?

I've just begun bulking and was wondering if someone could let me know what they think of my meal plan?

I'm 5ft 10, 153lbs, 19 years old, and do weights 4 days a week and 30 mins of HIIT twice a week.

Meal plan:

1) shredded wheat + protein shake + 2oz walnuts
2) (PW) Chicken breast + 300g potato + protein shake
3) (PPW) turkey breast + 300g potato
4) tin of tuna + 300g potato + pint of skimmed milk
5) 3oz walnuts + pint of skimmed milk

Totals:

1)Cals: 733, Protein: 39, Carbs: 52, Fat: 41.1
2)Cals: 574, Protein: 80, Carbs: 54, Fat: 4.8
3)Cals: 508, Protein: 69, Carbs: 51, Fat: 3.452
4)Cals: 685, Protein: 56, Carbs: 80, Fat: 15.3
5)Cals: 780, Protein: 30, Carbs: 32, Fat: 58

Overall, when you add a pint of milk before bed + 4x fruit (based on med banana) it comes to:

Cals: 3911
Prot: 296
Carb: 410
Fats: 125.652

Before you say anything, I know its very basic with all the potatoes, but I don't have the time to get facny at the mo.

Anyways, would you say this meal plan is about right for me? I think I need to be getting around 3800-4000 cals a day so it seems good, and protein and carbs look good, but then again I ain't no expert.

Any advice greatly appreciated, even if its to say it seems alright ;)

Cheers..

If you're not going to eat any fruit or vegetables, please get a multi-vitamin. I would add oatmeal into the mix=it's just good for you. If that's how many calories you need, it looks fine.

Yeh I have multivitamins anyway, but I'll be getting 4 pieces of fruit a day + all the potatoes (vegs) so surely thats plenty.

I'm bound to have oatmeal instead of shredded wheat plenty of times as well.

I assume that how many calories I need because all of the calculators out there say my maintenance calorie intake w/heavy workout that day is 3000, so to add around 800/900 cals seems about right. What do you reckon, that seem a good amount for my weight?

maybe you can alternate between white potatoes and sweet potatoes? And brown rice is a good food to include as well - it's certainly not "fancy"

yep i will be mixing it up a bit, with sweet potatoes (had before) instead of white, oatmeal instead of shredded wheat, salmon instead of tuna (have tin of fish every other day) & chicken/turkey sandwich instead of having w/ potato - good for when have to eat on the move.
