Bulking- Diet & Workout

Well, now that I think about it, I was eating 2000 calories before and just maintaining. I think it may have had something to do with my large lack of muscle. I mean, you'd think that at 6'2", someone who weighs 141 would have a higher caloric maintainence level, but my weight neither went up nor down at 2000c a week. I had about 3k cals last week, and I gained like 2-3 lbs, which I know is definitely not good. Should I lower it down to 2500 calories a day for a bulk, for me?

yeah I'd lower to 2500 and wait a coupple of weeks and see what happens to your weight. 2-3 lbs a week is a bit much.

Okay, back to the Bulgarian Split Squats. I really need a replacement for this exercise, if anyone could help me. The reason isn't balance, I just can't do them because I'm severely pigeon-toed. As in, my feet point outward naturally. However, my right foot is moreso pigeon-toed, and so when I try to put my right foot on the bench it can't go down flatly, so it's impossible for me to stay up without bending my legs in unimaginable ways. So, back to the point, can anyone help me with a new replacement exercise?

lunges?

or goergen has something in his log (a few pages back from the end) where you pass a KB, or anything else you have, between your legs while lunging.
