Bulk without losing 6-pack

The only way you can bulk and maintain a low enough bodyfat is if your body is willing to increase LBM while not increasing fat.
Some people can do this just fine. If you clean bulk and count your cals it will be easier to maintain fat levels because you can trouble shoot your progress by adjusting your cals accordingly.

For example.
Say you are eating 3000 cal diet with a ratio of 30/40/30 (pro/carb/fat)
You can raise or lower in small increments depending on the amount of LBM you are gaining, or how much fat you are putting on.

There are a few things you can do during massing to lessen chances of packing on lots of fat. Get your EFA's and stay away from junk foods of all kinds.
As the day goes on, lower your carbs and raise your fats..
I would highly recommend keeping track of your caloric intake nad your BF levels. it will just make things easier in terms of tweaking.

Otherwise, just be smart about it.. dont go overboard and just keep an eye on your fat levels. :)
