Bulk or cut w/ pics

OK, so used to weigh 160 and now I weigh 127 lbs on the scale. I'm 5'3 by the way.

I have some pics of what I look like, sorry they are not the best quality, should I bet bulking or cutting? Think I have too much fat?

I have no specific strength or sport goals, I just want to look decent.

I'd say defiantly bulk. You've lost a good amount so if you bulk you could add some muscle and then cut a little to get that defined look.

Bulk. But make it a real clean and slow one. Your obviously a person who stores some bodyfat so you really need to bulk cleanly.

Build a good diet around a sound training program, and bulk Brotha.

Do you have questions about diet or training you wish to ask?

Well, "bulking" kind of scares me because it took a while for me to lose this fat and I don't want to gain the fat back.

When your gaining weight what exactly determines how much is gained by fat and what is gained by muscle?

I think I get the weights part, I'm gonna do full body 3 days a week.
And put my cardio down to 3 days 45 mins?

I know the diet is going to be the hardest part for me. I haven't figured that out yet, since I need a calorie surplus now instead.

I'm the same way, lost 43 pounds and am scared to gain the fat back so hesitant of eating in a surplus

Im in the same boat.

Since im not trying to be Mr Bulky Bodybuilder my plan is to take it slow, try and gain no more than 0.5llb a week and so most of what i put on should be lean. I'm slowly increasing kcalories, and its just going to take patience and careful use of the scales.

Also, the last bulk i did ending up as an excuse to cheat more often, but when you've spent weeks trying to shift fat im determined to keep it as clean as humanly possible.
