I'm just wondering as to what causes some people to end up with a ripped six pack but a huge bulging belly. I see this on bodybuilders alot, anything to do with roids? Thanks.
It can overtime with the right diet approach and heavy weighted exercises however JP hit it on the head. It's more than likely due to AAS/GH use.Streamline said:ah ok. I remember someone in here said that doing weighted ab exercises with 10 - 12 reps makes a bulging six pack. Any truth to that?
