Hi, I was wondering if there are any methods to gaining fast neck mass. I don't work out with anyone and all the workouts I have found require a partner. any info would be greatly appriciated.
 
You can do shoulder shrugs...these will work your delts, but will make your neck look thicker and fuller.
 
Standard exercises include upright rows, shoulder shrugs, front and back neck bridges. You also can buy a harness contraption that goes on your head and has a weight hook you can hang weights on add resistance to your head. They can be hard on your hair and ears, if so try wearing a wrestlers head gear under it. I've also seen a helmet like device with a dumbell bar sticking out of the top for adding weights. Or you can do the old "Charles Atlas" dynamic tension thing where you push on your head with your hand while moving it against that resistance. Most people find that their neck grows very quickly with resistance exercise, since it normally gets little exercise other than holding your head up.
 
adding on to the weights on the head they make resistant cords that have a handle and a thing you strap on your head and user that and move you neck in side to side motions and front and back and that will put resistance on your neck and i love shoulder shrugs that is defenataly a good one to use if your bodybuilding and make sure you do a lot of reps till you cant do anymore and if you are able to do too many put on more weight and im a 16 yr old kid and i can do up to 415 lbs 10 times and basically im saying you jsut need to try it and see what weight fits you
