Building muscle + Toneing

Iam probably around 120pds I would say and im 5'4-5'5. I just got a membership at my gym a little over a week ago. Im not looking to lose weight AT ALL. I Want to keep it on plus maybe even gain some. I want to tone and build musle! I want my butt to be rounder and stick out more ( lol TMI). I want my legs to be very toned , I want them to be rounder with muscle. I think its called a caf (the part between your ankle and knee at the back of leg) to be rounder. I just had a baby and REALLY want to tone my tummy. I want to get abs! I want my back to be pretty toned and my arms somewhat. Now that you know what Im looking to achieve I will ask my question...

How many times a week should I be going to the gym and for how long should I work out each time? Also how can I achieve all this? Member I DONT want to lose weight so would be going on the Stair Climber be a bad idea for example? I heard that its good for your but. Also should I stay of the tredmile? I really dont want to lose weight just gain muscle and tone but im not sure what to use and how much to work out. I have a personal trainer able to help me with this in another week but i thought maybe some of you can help me in the meantime?!
 
Sounds to me as you want to bulk up.. get more muscles?
Toning is usually reffering to loosing fat to make the muscles underneath show more. If you already have a low fat % and still cant see alot of muscle then you will want to build some.

I would suggest a beginners 3 days a week fullbody routine. So you train your entire body 3 days a week (with atleast one days rest inbetween each session)
