Building More Body/Muscle Mass - Advice Needed

Hello everyone,
shortly introduce myself - 22yo, 172cm, 70kg mesomorph, used to do athletics, started fitness ca. 2,5y ago.
My goal - on a bulking process, increase on mass


About 2,5 years ago, i took the courage to hit the Gym and seem to improve a lot. Being a skinny athlete, doing Bodyweight-workout and Cardio did not help me much. I would need some help and advice from you guys, how to move on from this current state and build more strenght. Now i have no idea how to make another step/plan.
I eat 4-5times/day + using MUTANT MASS, doing 3-SPLIT Workout, and don't see rapid changes

My workout:
Chest, triceps, abs
Back, biceps, abs
Legs, shoulders
Sundays, sometimes go for cardio

Bench press: 65kg
(Got injuried by hittting 60kg year ago, the weight drop on shoulder ... Trying to hit 65kg every chest workout with fullpower)
Deadlift: 50kg
(Still my weakness, I don't do this movement regularly)
Squat: 55kg / Leg press: 160kg
(Just hit squat from 40kg to 55kg - feels heavy now)

My struggle now is to handle more weight, already training these weights about 6-7 weeks, I have to be able to lift more.
But, I feel unsure to train without having a partner, since I got injuried once doing Bench press and took me months to recover.

Appreciate any advice.
