Budget equipment? help!

Hello everyone, Im on a tight budget of about 150 bucks. But i need a home gym in my room since my job doesn't allow me time to head to the gym. I was looking at modells.com and saw the wieder total body 5000 for 99 bucks. Now i went through amazon looking up reviews but the one they had looked like a completely different model. Has anyone used this or knows someone that does? Is it a good product?
 
My dad owns it and has been using for about two years, he is very lean, but not bulky, it's not good for bulking because of the fact that it is low resistance and high rep excercises.
 
I have been using it for the last year. It is a great piece of gear. Bang for the buck you can't beat it.
