So I was doing front squats as part of my program, but for the few days after I have had bruises on my right collar bone (my roommate thought it was a hickie). I'm not sure if this is from bad form or simply the way that my body is made (collar bone sticks out too much). Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Front squats are so hard, but I can really feel them working my entire body, especially the core when compared to back squats.
