I was playing hockey this weekend and got my ass checked and fell on the ground and kinda jammed my left wrist. Its bruised I think and hurts. I'm afraid to lift cause I don't want to further damage it. It sometimes hurt when I lift anyway. Should I tape my wrist up? is their some type of lifting gloves I could buy to prevent it from moving so Much?
Also, Any exercises that I should be doing to stregthen and heal wrist?
