So, I broke my femur on....October 9th. I've just recently started exercising a bit again, I can walk (not much). I've been doing sit ups/crunches, push ups, weight lifting, and a small amount of boxing.
I'm wondering if theres any cardio other than the boxing that I can do that doesn't really involve my legs. I should be able to start running again in January, but it ABSOLUTELY driving me nuts that I can't exercise much. I'm running out of ideas. Haha. Help.
I start physical therapy monday, and I like, need to start moving around more cause I'm going insane.
