Briz - Ok here's some stuff which i need major help with

Hey guys. Ok here's the thing im 19 years old and i am 5'7 i weigh 119 pounds it changes from like 115 to like 125 on a weekly basis it's crazy. Im healthy skinny but way too skinny. I wanna buff up to get chicks man that's it. chick magnets are buff doods i see it every day man. so here it is

Eating - Somedays i wont eat anything but dinner cause im too lazy to make myself food. Or i just sleep in and wake up late.

Monday/tuesday/wednesday - These are the days i go to school so i can sleep in. I eat a Bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with Bowl of milk in it 2percent. Then i have a glass of milk with that as well. For lunch i will have 3 been and beaf burritos. 9 grams of protein in each one. 8 grams in a glass of milk, Dinner is where the good stuff comes in. My parents are damn good cooks so.. i usually have chicken,or steak, or pork or soemthing, and potatoes, tomatoes, lettuce, lots of green veggies, and with a glass of milk, etc

Thurs/Friday/sat/sund - No breakfast/lunch only dinner i know that's prolly my damn problem.

Whey Protein Body Fortress Powder - i have this sitting my my closet...

Workout Out - Ok i have 2 dumbells... like 2 bars. it's not one big bar i dont know what that's called. They can max up to 20 pounsd each. That's really hard for me to lift. Im weak man. So.. ok I have those. I can do like 3 sets of 12 reps of standing barbell curls, I can do like 2 sets of 12 hammer curls, i can do like 1 set of 15 pushups they hurt so bad man. I can do like 3 sets of 20 crunches. Now only problem is. I AM rarely sore the day after i workout wtf? I am Always painfully sore while working out, but the morning after i dont hurt... am i doing something wrong? I have a pool to swim in, and a beach to run on.. so.. if that will help lemme know. Please just bombard me with info cause i need it.

You need to eat a lot more if you want to grow. With the equipment you have, check out this site (he has some free workouts)--
 
Also, if you can't attract women now, the only women you'll attract as a 'buff dude' will be the shallow, b*tch types that'll screw you over and sleep with your other buff dude friends behind your back. Don't let that be your only reason to get into 'buff dude' shape, or you'll likely run out of fuel and fail miserably.

Do it for you, for your health...and if you meet a woman who likes big guns and full pecs, great...but that's secondary.

To get big, you need to eat. You're still young and have a wicked metabolism. Eat 5-6, even 7 times a day (every 2-3 hours), get at least 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight...and in your case I'd aim for 3g of carbs per pound of bodyweight, and around 60g of healthy fats a day, with some of that being saturated fat too.

If this seems to add too much bodyfat, drop carbs back a little. Eat plenty of fiber too, or all this food and protein will wreck havoc on your visits to the bathroom.
 
eating a lot of the right things, along with 45 minutes of weight lifting 4-5 times a week, will get you big and strong. there's no way you can do all that activity and not become more muscular. also, im probably gonna piss some ppl off, but i recommend eating pizza. pizza really helps in mass gains, especially after a work out with a protein shake.
