I'm new to this forum, but it really helps when there's people facing the same challenges as yourself. It's hard for me to turn to people in my life to talk to or to relate to because they don't necessarily understand.

I have always been concerned with my weight and had an issue with it. I have tried in past making changes, but I just get discourage when it doesn't just melt off. I do have some self esteem issues. I made a ticker today based on my weight and I made a small goal to start off then I plan on going from there.

1. What is your current height and weight? 5'4 & 192.0 (around there, my scale doesn't go exactly it is either .0 or .5)

11. What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Why do you think it did not work? I didn't stick with it

12. Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time? I am willing to try anything at this point

13. Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook? Not often, but it could range anywhere from pancakes, to snacks, anything really..

14. How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go? More than I cook @ home, anywhere around town, Taco Bell, Burger King, McDonald's..

31. Do you have rewards for certain goals? No, not really

So I'm proud to admit even though I haven't really been watching what I eat today because I plan to start tomorrow, I did a short workout about 10 minutes ago. I probably didn't do it to the fullest like I could/should of, but it's a start. I know I shouldn't over exert myself, but it was a short 20 minute workout and as I said I didn't push myself to the fullest, I might attempt to do some other form of another workout later, whether I do another video or just a mixture of crunches and things like that, I don't know yet!! :hurray:
