Break time I think

I think I'm gonna take a break for a month. I feel burned out in the gym. I've been lifting another 6 months straight. I'll try and post my latest pics when I get home tomorrow.
I can't seem to stay in the gym longer than 15 minutes and then I go weak mentally. So i think I just need to take a break.
 
yeah sometimes i lose enthusiasm(not too often, but it's happened), i take a week off and come back stronger than ever.. it also gives you some extra time to heal your entire body and for once not be sore any where! lol
 
hurry back big guy! rest well, because taking a week off to recuperate the muscles can make them allow you to have even bigger gains in the future!
