Hey Brazilian!
You seem really motivated to get healthy, and that's great! It's hard to have a job where you are very busy or it seems like you are forced to eat out all the time. The great news is... you're not! There are so many foods from the grocery store that you can buy and keep in the fridge or pantry to pack with you for a whole day. They even make them in ready-to-eat packaging, which makes prepping them in the evening or morning super easy, although this convenience adds a cost. But when you start saving money from eating out, which is a bazilliion times more expensive than buying your own food, you will save big bucks.
Things like string cheese, yoghurt, carrots, apples, nuts, seeds, nutrition bars, Slimfast shakes, hardboiled eggs (even picking up little individual salt and pepper packets is fun!! It makes lunch more enjoyable), ready-made salads (the ones from specialty grocery stores are awesome), pretzels, granola bars (but watch the sugar), microwavable soup, whole pieces of fruit, beef jerkey (low sodium), sandwiches with whole wheat "deli flats" and low-sodium meats and lots of fresh veggies, quinoa salad that you make a big batch of and then keep a big container of it in your fridge to portion out daily, etc... the possibilities are endless!
And the great part is, you will be able to eat a greater volume of food, because most of what I named is less calorically dense than something prepared from a burrito shop or whatever. Subway is a great choice, but I would try to get rid of the Italian bread and go with the whole wheat kind. Even moreso than a wrap, because those wraps are huge and have between 400-600 calories in just one WRAP. Not even including the meats and cheeses that go into it. Another option is, if you have a Jimmy Johns, they make what is called a lettuce wrap, which is just a regular sandwich without bread and wrapped in huge pieces of iceburg lettuce. It's SO GOOD, and the lettuce takes away a lot of calories that would have been filled by their (delicious) bread. But make sure not to choose the vegetarian option - the cheese and guacamole and mayo makes the veggie worse for you than a regular meat and cheese.
In reading your posts, it just seems like you have a small misunderstanding of the best things for you to fuel your body with. Things like ramen noodles, prepared foods that are loaded with salt and preservatives, will only make you feel bloated and sluggish. They won't fill you up and have no protein or fiber to satisfy you. And along with most of the other responses, you really should be eating a lot more healthy fuel than you are at this point. Logically it seems like, "Well I have a lot of stored energy (excess body weight) on me right now, so it seems like I should be able to have a huge caloric intake deficit and then my body will start using my stored energy." But because humans are animals, and we were never meant to have such a large excess of fat stored on our bodies, the natual reaction is for the body to use its energy stores very slowly when we have a calorie deficit. Your body is trained to think that 260lbs is normal and healthy, so when it has a calorie deficit in your daily intake, it refuses to use up your fat stores because it thinks you are in a famine (starvation mode). It wants to maintain itself at 260 because it thinks that 260 is necessary for survival. You will start to burn up fat, along with your muscle, (ketosis) which makes you super tired, your breath stinky (like iron), your hair dull, your nails brittle, your skin sallow and yellow and pale, and just an unhappy, easily irritable person all around. But if you ease your body into it with healthy, natural food choices, a regular expenditure of energy (daily exercise) and lots of sleep and constant hydration, you will show your body that it doesn't need all that extra weight to survive, and it will slowly but SURELY, start to fall off of you.
You are going to do so well at this! Keep reading and posting and learning about how to fuel your body and you will succeed FOR SURE!
