Hey i'm new to all this so thought i'd ask a few questions about it all.

For one i'm new to forum's so if i'm doing anything wrong please point it out :)

Recently decided at reaching 80kgs i need to loose weight! only 5ft6.

Joined a gym and got a programme which is going really well! strength training as well as cardio. Making me feel better within my self!

But the one part i'm lost with is food!

I do have a sweet tooth but not so bad.

As i'm new to diets etc all this info is a lil over whelming so if anyone can give me a helping hand any tip will do!

Do meal replacements, they work for me. They are shakes if your not sure. If it's green then eat it! Eating right will help out a lot.
Eat a lot of fruit!!!!
