Hi everyone,
My name is Sarah and I'm a full time student and a single mom. I've been trying to loose the weight that I gained from having after having my baby but I've only lost about 30 pounds. All advice is welcome. All advice is needed. Any secret weight loss tricks that I won't have to pay for would be nice. Please let me know about any personal things that have worked for you. I guess the first step to loosing weight is joining a weight loss forum right?
 
Hi Sarah!! Welcome!! I too can't spend big bucks...I measure my portions,
choose "healthy food", and exercise by walking. I also have hand weights that I use a few times a week. I've lost 42 pounds over 10 months. Oh, and I don't keep any junk food in the house. If my hubby or son want some they have to go and get it:D .

but best way to go qbout this is of cources speak with your physican and see what he recommends for your goal
beckster gave the main ingredients to looseing weight
now also even though you do not ee it on the scales you could be looseing inches measure your body best to have some one to do the measureing
i measure once a week i measure neck ,uparm,bust,ribs,waist,hips,upper thigh,lower thigh,knee,calf,ankles i keep a scrap book of my progress
