Hey guys. As you can see, i'm brand new to this forum and working out. I have a couple questions for the experts on here. First off, i'd like to give you some backround info on me.
Im a little over 14. I'm 5'8 and about 115-118. I'm pretty skinny. I have pretty good stamina because im a freshman and i'm on the Varsity Soccer team at my school (TONS of running.), so that isnt really what im worried about.
I really want to get rid of my skinny build. I have pretty skinny arms/legs but i feel like my upper body is kind of flabby, not fat, just, i dont know excess skin?
. But my main priority is my upper body (arms, pecs, abs). Im not really interested in being bigger, i'm just interested in toning everything out and giving my body more definition. Please give me all and any advice you can! It's much appreciated and thanks in advance.
