Woke up at 5 A.M this morning, work starts at 8, so gave me time to do some sets of musculation, both for the abs and the shoulders/arms. I am not losing weight as fast as during my first diet because I now do musculation exercices in the same time, during the first diet, I was only doing cardio, now I am gaining muscle, which fasten the metabolism, metabolism which burn more calories in return. I like that diet a lot more. I feel better, I feel stronger than ever, and people already complimented how I had lost weight for sure even though I weight exactly the same thing. Day is starting very ok, I hope everyone has a beautiful day! ( or well night depending where you live I suppose. )

I am just gonna post the same picture as yesterday, same weight, 3 days that I am at 90.5 ( 198 lbs ) I think I am gonna beat probabilities soon!
89.5 kgs ( 196.2 lbs) , is it a battle won? I am happy I am now under 90 kg's. even though for most english native, it's not a big step I suppose since 198 to 196 lbs probably doesn't mean a lot.

I should've eaten before going into a jogging this morning, but I wanted to try it à jeun ( I am not sure you use that expression ) Anyway, I need to stay focus on weighins myself everyday, I kinda lost it recently. I love the new forum design by the way, kudos to whoever did it.
Hey Hugo, I only just noticed your diary I´m definitely not strongest on an empty stomach but having breakfast first and working out at high intensity right afterward isn´t ideal either. I do feel very accomplished when I geet something done before dawn though!
