Bodybuild Now or Later?!

Hi guys, I'm just curious if I should start focusing on body building now or later. I lost 60 pounds over the course of 10 months. Basically, I wanna know if I should lose a few more pounds or just start focusing more on the weight training.I'm 18 years old, 5'11 and currently weigh 205 pounds.

I think you should figure out your BMR and eat a very slightly higher caloric intake than you burn.
Then google "Westside for Skinny Bastards III". Follow the 4 day template with the conditioning aspect. Use either or and follow their conditioning circuit for your 4th day.
