I have a list of 50 or so differnt push ups and 50 or so different sit ups to help if you want. Also don't forget about squats and bridging. I have a long list of different squats also. Different types of bridging for the neck and back. If you want a good basic source of body weight workouts get the Army's FM 21-20, it has whats called grass drills.
