My name is Matt and I have not made a thread or posted in over two years. The last time I posted I lost over 24 pounds in two months. Over the winter and spring I gained about 12 pounds which is not that much. But I never worked out and lifted weights and had much muscle. This time me and my brother decided to do p90x. I am 5 ft 6 inches and I started at 183 pounds. It was not easy and I only completed about 70 percent of the workouts. I also took 3 days off in week 1 because my body was so sore. I started dieting 1 month before doing any exercise so I would be ready to eat healthy when I started p90x
I dont have a goal weight all I care about is gaining muscle and looking and feeling healthy
Not only do I continue to do p90x but I also run or ride my bike every other day.
I eat relatively healthy but recently graduated from college so I still about 10-15 beers a weekend.
