L LeiYunFat 0 Mar 21, 2006 #4 What country are you from, patel? Yes, I believe there are some ways to go about measuring your bf with just your body, but it won't be accurate. At all. The most accurate would be a water displacement test. Look it up. It's pretty interesting.
