ok, i have been working out for a little over 6 months and have been dieting as well. I just turned 17 and im 5'8'' 138lbs. but im having trouble calculating my body fat becaue of all the weight ive lost. ive lost 53 lbs so i have a lot of extra skin, so will this throw off my body fat measurements? if so how can i measure my body fat accuratly? and any advice on how to get rid of the excess skin would be greatly appreciated.
p.s. people say that i should change up my diet because ive been doing it for an extended period of time, and suggestions on a clean diet to help me gain muscle while still losing fat?
