I started walking to try to loss weight and i only been walking about 3 miles a day.
After about a week i got blisters on my feet up on the padded part under my toes.
I bought new shoes and it just put a blister under the blisters so i bought shoe pads and its still not helping.Now i havent walked in about 5 days and there almost gone but i can tell when i start walking there just going to come back.
I need some advise to try and find a way they wont come back.
