Blank slate

Everyone seems to have an opinion on what the best diet is and what the best workout routine is. I've been trying to shift through everything and find out whats best for me but in all this I got to thinking. What would you do if you had a blank slate to start with? What would you eat and how would you work out if you were starting at square one.
 
Interesting question... by the way I dig Dar :)

If I could start from square one, I would eat all raw foods. And I would make 80% of my fitness routine outdoors.

My complete fitness routine would be a mix of hiking, yoga, trail running and lots of heavy duty yard work (squatting to plant flowers or to weed, carrying bags of mulch for my new shrubs, carrying wheelbarrows (sp?) of stone for my driveway, etc).

All the fruits and veggies from my garden will supply my dietary needs. :)
