Today is February 5th. My goal is to lose the fat by April 30th. I'm getting a gym membership this weekend because 20 degrees with snow and wind is too cold to be running outside. I'll be there 5 days a week after school because it's right across the street. 80 minutes of treadmill = 10 minutes of warm up, 60 minutes of fat burning, 10 minutes of cool down. My best friend is going to be doing this with me too, so yay buddy system! In the mornings before school I will do a half hour workout in my basement on the reformer (pilates machine). I already eat great, that's how I lost the last 20 (used to be 165). I can't start yet because I'm getting ready to leave on a 2 week vacation this Thursday, and the (new) gym doesn't open until the 11th (the day I leave go figure). But right after that, my bum will be at the gym. Any motivation, comments, helpful hints will be greatly appreciated!
