Hi Everybody,
I am new to this forum and just found out that i am not the only one who is fighting with weight. I am so depressed after a complete month of not eating fried and fatty food and exercising 5 times a week today i found out that i did not loose even a single pound.

Can you guys help me. i am totally totally heart broken now. My current weight is 155 and i am 5'3, my ideal weight is 120-125. please suggest me something. What should i do? My husband is supporting me but now whenever he tries to help me or support me by saying that i can do it, I get mad on him because of my failur in loosing weight.

I need your help. Please guys help me. suggest me something what do you think i should change. I am eating not more than 1200 calories everyday and i burn around 500 calories in the morning and then walk for 1 hour in th eevening, I drink 2 lit of water everyday.

you might want to consider using a program like to keep track of your calories - and do youor best at accurately weighing and measuring everything you eat.

What made you pick 1200 calories as your total amount for the day? read around on this forum, especially the stickied threads, that number is a bit low especially since youo are exercising quite often.

I choose 1200 calories diet just so that i get motivated by seeing some pounds are shedding but i think i am doing something miserably wrong. i will look around in this forum to look for better options.
