Big Traps

What do yall think the best excercise is to get some big traps?

Are shrugs the pretty much one and only?

whats the verdict on the rolling the shoulders back on the shrug ?

Shrugs work but in my own opinion, it aint needed because I have got well developed traps and only what I do for them is shoulder presses and lat raises, rest of the workout comes from benching in incline/decline etc
 
I agree with the upright rows. If done properly, (wide grip, straight back, pulling to your chin, and concentrate on sqeezing your back), I think its the best for your traps.
 
i put upright rows in the same category as military presses and behind the neck pulldowns...they are great for developing the target muscle groups, however, this comes with a price. they are hard on the joints...be careful when you do upright rows and dont do heavy sets of them.
