Cardio stopped totally after my shins were f**ked. Shins are perfect now, we are starting proper cardio (i dont mean 5 mins treadmill) tonight!!! Plus when i finally start MMA on sunday that should add towards it.
Ideally now, a weight id like to be is 203lbs (14.5 stone). I am determined to get down and look lean. Diet has gotta be high protein low fat, ideally under 3000 cals daily.

As for carbs, im look for a maximum of 200g daily. Not set in stone, one day it could be 100g the next day i could consume 180g.

Hmmmm now thats something i havent worked out. I should probably record calories, fats etc..... Like MMW said also.

Only thing is Chillen, its only as of late where im becoming more serious about this. Thats probably the main factor to why im not 100% dedicated as in terms of tracking calories etc.
As time goes on i am improving my diet training more and more
Im consistent with my protein intake, thats about it ATM lol. But calories, carbs and fat varies. I do need to sort this sh1t out.
