Good workout!  We're about the same on pullups, I can pretty much do 3 good ones for 2 or 3 sets.  I wish I could do more...
I had a good workout today, my knees are getting bruised as crap from deads though.  Made a thread in the weight lifting forum to get advice...freakin hurts.

My butt ass gym doesn't even have 65 lb DBs, which is my next step up, so I had to go to BB.  It's all good though, as I averaged 67.5 lbs per side for those last 3 sets.  I spose BB should be slightly better though, since both arms are being used for stability and whatnot.  I can't wait to be able to grab 70 lb DBs and press them ****s.
Weight was at 201, but I usually drop down a couple pounds after I drop water weight from booze, and **** out the crap I ate during the weekend. 

  Either way, around 200 is right where I wanna be, so long as I keep progressing, and gaining a bit every week.
