big ROM lighter weight vs low rom heavy weight?

i got a feeling im gonna get the ROM answer on thisone.. but i want to make sure.

Roman deadlifts, the kind almost like streight legged deads only that you bend your knees a little bit. and goodmornings.

so ive gotten quite soft in my hams and i can go pretty far down, so what is best.. the full range of motion with a lighter weight or the low range of motion with a heavier weight?

please dont hit me for asking, everything in my mind sais "Go for ROM" but you never know, do you?:p
*hides face*

I'm not certain I understand the question? Could you clear it up a bit...if I do have it right, that the lighter full rom deads are too easy?...I think you should up the weight a bit, you could also try do them on a box, it makes it harder because you can do down further..but I would only recommend those if you have the regular ones down pretty good.

nothing is too easy.. whats hard to understand? :S
going far down on the RDL is very heavy.. and i can lift alot more going maybe just paralell to floor. so im asking what is best? lower weight and going all the way or heavier weight and doing it only to parallell?

IMO, Full ROM.

Google, rack pulls (not full ROM). It kinda takes your legs out of the equation a bit..

Wow, this is the first NEW question in a while...

Ah, I got it now ( I didnt sleep much last night), yeah I agree with going with the lighter weight and going all the way down, just my opinion though

thats what i thought.. ill do the full rom then :D thanks for the clearup!:p
first new question yeah.. so.. when do i get my prize?:p
