lol shush....I can try....

I don't eat fish. I'm pretty open in the veggie department. I'm not much of a condiments type of girl ie no mustard mayo salad dressing etc

What about spicy? It's always fun to go spicy. I'm thinking about trying some Indian dishes. :drooling: I love good Indian food. Erica, you ever been to India Row?

Oh, child, then you have to go. The vindaloo is so good. The servings are small, but each bite it gets hotter and hotter, till you just can't eat any more. Oh, I love it.

Spicy food any peppers are also good for your metabolism, so it also helps with weightloss. Do you have a grill Erika or are you doing it in the kitchen?

Haha, ok give me a few hours to think about it... I'm sure either Trops or myself will come up with something.

That shrimp thing I posted works well on a frying pan.

For spice, there is always chili, or blackened chicken.

Pan seared tuna with a wasabi ginger sauce is nice

I think the pan seared tuna might be a tough one to pull off if you don't have much expericence cooking fish.

I would do a chicken with a white wine sauce over veggies and rice. Or even easier would be to marinate a chicken breast in low-fat italian dressing then throw it on the george foreman. You could do likewise with veggies, slice up some zucchini and onions, let them sit in some low-fat italian, or olive oil and spices (basil, garlic salt, pepper, oregano) and do em stovetop or in the foreman. Summer squash is good too. Basiclly whatever type of veggies you like, mixed with spices you like :D.

Nah, it's easy. You aren't going to cook it all the way through. Just rub some light olive oil on it, press the fish in some coarse ground pepper and some salt. Put the fish in a hot pan (med heat) and cook till you see the side start to change color. Then flip it over and do the other side. Inside will be raw, but that's good with tuna. If you like it cooked more, then let it go up the side a little longer and flip and cook for the same time on the other side.

OKAY.....1) YOU need to STOP all this YUMMY food TALK
2) YOU need a GADDAMN TV show for all this.......:drool5:
3) YOU go BOY.....you GOT cooking ON LOCK

-both YOU and TROPS---a YOU TUBE TV COOKING SHOW....LOL....I'll WATCH!!!! ;) :iagree:

Yeah, but I'm like Shaun in that I don't usually follow recipes. I like food and I take all these things that I like and see what can happen. Imagination is the inspiration. The rest is fundamentals. Not every one is a winner, my kids can attest to that, but then you'll get a good one and it goes in to circulation.

Haha, what do we call it? The WLF Kitchen? Can we get Rachel Ray as a guest? Shes cute.

We could call it Two Fat Guys in the Kitchen, but it would be a short lived title. We'd have to change it to Two Fools in the Kitchen. Eh, I'm too shy to do anything like that. :icon_bs:

I'm shy too Trops... not gonna be a very exciting show. The way I learned to cook was by taste. I've looked at a recipe maybe a few times in the past. Most of the time cooking is just creativity and intuition. Pairing tastes and textures is something helpful as well. The main reason I cook is because its fun, healthy, and saves money.

I really am, especially around new people. I'm deathly afraid of public speaking. I just don't like all the attention. I'd rather sit in the corner and heckel. :D
