Reporting in sir. Everything is going pretty smooth and is kind of scary due to the easy adjustment to the lifestyle. I like the food such as chicken, steak and shrimp. I have been eating a whole bag of salad with low fat dressing on it( 25 calories for a small packet and then I dump chicken or lean steak on it)and alot of onions, green peppers. and other veggies. I try not to eat alot of carbs and no simple carbs. A bag of shredded leuttues is only 35 calories. I like a meal that is huge but low fat and low calorie.I guess its a man thing.
I drink alot of water and once in a while I will have a diet sundrop(southern soft drink). Stay strong fat brothers and sisters.:driving:
