Day 1 10/17/06

I guess this is easiest part, getting started. I have done this a couple of times where I start out intense and later, even after seeing the results, putter out until I am back to my old habits and the weight is back on. This time however I have my first child on the way and am motivated to do this once an for all for him but mostly for me. I had 10 minutes on the treadmill with some small amounts of pushups just to "break the ice". I hope to continue like this over the next couple weeks progressing in time and intensity everyday. I can do this.
