I would suggest doing bycicles where you lie down on your back, put your legs in the air as if you are riding a bike and pretend to peddle. If you also want your ab workout while doing this, put your hands behind your head and have your elbows come up and touch your knees with each and every rep.
You could also try doing a few lighter jogs and try to run on your toes more (make sure to be in a grassy or soft surface, otherwise you will get tired very fast!).
And lastly, do some toe raises, stand off the edge of a step and let your heels fall down, then hold it down there for a count to 3, then go up on your toes, hold it for 3 and back down. Do about 3x 10 reps of these.
If you put all those together you should be in good shape in no time
