Ok so I started a diet about a week ago I lost 6.5 pounds in one week, not gonna happen again, I'm shooting for 1-3 pounds a week, I'm 17 6'2" 287 Lbs. Basically I'm a fat peice of sh**, I know this. Anyways, can I build muscle while I'm losing fat? On the bench I do 4 sets of 12 at 115 Lbs and I max at 205, I want to be way stronger than that, any suggestions? Or will I have to lose all the fat then bulk?
