Bicycles

So i was wondering, what's better for your obliques, russian twists, or bicycles (where you lay on the ground with hands behind your head and alternate your elbows and legs)?

I don't want a thin waist like bodybuilders, i want obliques like this



No i'm not saying i want Brad Pitt's body, that's just the example of how i want my obliques.
 
Lol, sorry. I dont exactly wat ur seeing in the obliques there but ok... id say variations of them. If you have strong obliques, go with russian twists cuz u can add weight.
 
Well just that like his body is parallel, it doesn't go from a huge chest down to a skinny waist. i dunno if that makes sense but that's what i want, unlike bodybuilders who's bodies make like a v because they have skinny waists but huge upper bodies.
