Bicycle...

ok so its winter so i cant run ....

i have a bike in my basement but it seems like all im working out are my legs, though i have to admit it sure makes me sweat...

is that all a bike does? legs? i heard it reduces full body fat such as running.. but is that true?
 
Bike riding is a cardio exercise. I don't think it is gonna add much size to your legs. You can lose weight riding bike with a proper diet. Use HIIT with your bike riding, gives you a bit more intense workout. Do you weight train ??
