Biceps thingy

Evolution stays ahead in the post battle between mriek. The slugfest continues..

Anyway. In reality, doing this exercise for a only few months would be safe and you wouldn't have to worry ab weakening the GTO. Maybe I can put on a quick inch in a month.
 
MY ARMS HAVE NEVER HURT SO BAD! I did this today and plus this workout: Holy crap! Talk about a damn good workout! My arms hurt so bad I could barely turn the steeling wheel on my car. Also I pulled a muscle in my neck, I can only turn my neck half ways and it REALLY hurts, I think the Scull Crushers are the one's that hurt my neck... Other than that, can't wait to make this my regular workout on Mondays and Thursdays! :D

You mean there's an "other than that?"
And then Donny wants to try this even though you hurt extremely bad AND pulled a muscle in your neck that limits your range of motion.

You guys are both crazy.

This is normal for me, everytime I try a new workout this happens to me... Plus that day I tried some new exercises I have never done before, so probably worked some different muscle's or I just have never worked the same muscle THAT HARD before, equals pulled muscle and hurting so bad.

EDIT: On a side note, When I was doing the last exercise the flexed arm hang, is it normal for your arms to turn solid red? When I did this I had to 'jump down' a little early because my arms have never been so RED, and I mean VERY DARK BLOOD RED! Plus my whole body was shaking, kind of like my whole body was shivering :(
