biceps: forearms are killin me

i do biceps once a week. usually curl (hammer and normal) with the wavy bars and switch it up with dumbbells. about 4 or 5 different exercises. but the last 2 weeks, my forearms have been sore. not like muscle pain, but in the bone type of pain (if you were to grab a branch and try to break, the pressure before it snaps).

i dont grip it too hard, i dont think. my buddy suggested letting my wrists go limp more as i curl, knuckles down.

this pain is new, ive been doing these same exercises for months...any suggestions?
 
yeah your form might be wrong, if your wrists are being pulled too much or the weight is too heavy and you end up swinging your body to finish the curl, then you may put too much pressure on the bone, if it continues you should probably have it checked out and make sure you learn the correct form
